Finding Myself, Discovering Alice

Meet the author

Hello! I’m Alice

This blog is my quiet rebellion. It’s where I find myself.
A place where I can breathe. Reflect. Untangle the knots of who I was told to be, and reconnect with the woman I truly am.

I’ve spent a lifetime surviving. CPTSD, trauma, infertility, anxiety, and more than one kind of heartbreak. For years, I shaped myself around the expectations of others. I learned how to disappear in plain sight. But slowly, painfully, beautifully, I’ve started finding my way back to me.

This space is part journal, part love letter, part survival map.
It’s for the moments when healing feels impossible. For the days when grief is loud, and joy is quiet. For anyone who has ever felt broken, unseen, or lost in their own life.

I’m not trying to be who I was before the trauma.
I’m becoming who i was always meant to be.

Origins

How Finding Myself,
Discovering Alice was Born

It started as a hashtag during a 500-mile walk across Spain. But that journey cracked me open in ways I never saw coming. This blog, this brand, this voice, it all came from that path. If you’ve ever needed to fall apart to come back home to yourself, you’ll get it.
